Having a regular sleep schedule, limited screen time throughout your day can significantly improve both the quality and quantity of sleep. Good sleep strengthens your brain’s ability to circulate emotions and it helps you to cope with daily stress.

When helping yourself can be effective, it is important to recognise when stress or anxiety increases at a point as it becomes difficult to manage alone. The therapists or counsellors can make some approaches, and can give you different types of therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which has proved to be highly effective and also for controlling the anxiety. Taking help is a sign of strength but not weakness, and it can lead for your long term relief.
