1. Trikonasana

Stand with your feet wide apart.
Put your right foot out and left foot slightly in.
Look up toward your left palm and hold for a few breaths.
Don’t move for 20 to 30 seconds
Repeat this asana.

 

2. Ardha Matsyendrasana

This pose cleans the body by massaging abdominal organs and here is how you can do this asana easily:

Sit with legs extended.
Bend your right knee and place the foot outside your left thigh.
Keep your left elbow outside your right knee.
Twist your trunk gently toward the right.
Wait for 30 to 40 seconds.
Repeat it on the other hand.

3. Bhujangasana

This pose makes your spine strong and helps to enhance the blood flow to the stomach. Here’s how to do it:

Lie down on your stomach, with straight legs and feet touching.
Place palms flat on the floor right under your shoulder.
Slowly put your head up, with chest and upper ribs.
Be constant for 15 to 30 seconds while breathing normally.
Repeat the exercise.

 

4. Pawanmuktasana

It is a powerful pose that helps in your digestion, reduces gas and supports your kidney and liver function. Here’s how to do it:

Lie on your back and bend both knees.
Bring your knees close to your chest, clasping them with your arms.
Up lift your head to touch your knees if comfortable.
Hold for a few breaths, then release.

5. Uttanasana

This pose improves your blood circulation to the brain, that stretches the spine and hamstrings.Here’s how to do it:

Stand straight with feet and make your hip width apart.
Inhale and then slowly exhale as you bend forward from your hips.
Let your hands touch the floor.
Keep your knees slightly bent if needed.

6. Shavasana

lay flat on back and rest your hands comfortably by your sides.
