1. Yellow Eyes
Yellow eyes usually give us the sign of jaundice. This occurs because your liver, gallbladder and blood is not processing or clearing waste properly. You must see a doctor right away for blood tests to find the exact cause.

Swelling in the feet occurs when fluid collects in the tissues of the lower body. This problem isalso known as edema. There are some common causes that mostly range from eating salty foods to serious medical issues like heart failure, blood clots and kidney disease.

Dark and thick patches of skin especially around the neck, under the arms can be an early sign of insulin resistance. 4. Changes in Your Eyesight
There are common signs that includes blurred vision, trouble seeing at night, side vision loss and sometimes redness near eyeball. These sudden changes need an immediate medical care. These changes may be because of diabetes, high blood pressure, eye diseases or even a stroke.
5. Wounds and cuts
There are different types of cuts and wounds that do not heal properly and takes a lot of time to repair, mostly on the legs or feet which can be a sign of poor blood circulation. It can be because of Eating junk food and by lacking key elements like protein, zinc, and vitamins A and C that starves the healing skin.
